Dear Michael,

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude on the service that your company has provided me. When my boiler failed last winter, you personally were out within an hour of my call to assess the situation. Michael, you were very pleasant to deal with and gave me options that I was not aware of; you defused a very stressful situation. Out of the four companies that I dealt with for bids, your company was by far the most professional.

The initial installers removed the old boiler and put the new one in temporarily. They were excellent individuals to deal with and gave me ideas in moving the boiler to a new location in the basement to maximize the amount of room. Your technician has to be the most knowledgeable person that I have ever dealt with in the boiler/plumbing trade. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what I should do for the future. I learned a lot during those few hours that he was there.

When the boiler was moved to its new location last week, your techs did a great job in removing all the old mains and running the new pipes. They were very conscientious in designing the layout of the pipes in such a way to provide me with an easy fit when I start to finish the basement. They even went “the extra mile” and installed a water valve that I had been meaning to put in for another hose bib. They were always friendly and took the time to answer the many questions that I posed of them.

I also want to thank your office manager who answers the telephone when I call in. He has always been jovial and helpful.

In closing, I just want to say that I have always had a positive experience with Team and plan to call you again to install new radiators in the basement once I finish it. You have an excellent company with professional employees that display confidence in their work.
